Each item is made to order. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order!
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, contact me within 21 days of delivery at tdrobertswrites@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll review the issue and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund. Please don’t send an item back unless I provide return instructions.
I Changed My Mind…
Because items are made to order, I can’t offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly-selected size, colour, or other variation, or an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Please check the product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Items
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, or if it appears lost in transit, contact me at tdrobertswrites@gmail.com so I can look into it.
